This is the head of the agency that prosecuted my charges of marijuana cultivation. The actual assistant attorney general that did my case has stepped up to take his place. With this good old boy network, I wonder if he will see any time for this. Rumor has it he is still being paid, though I have no proof of that. He was fired. In contrast I was taken directly to jail with a $10,000 cash bail in place. Let's see, child pornography... fired, maybe no loss of pay, Growing plants... Doors kicked in by thugs with badges, taken to jail with huge bail. Wife left home crying in the dark with the door in pieces. I'll be watching this outcome, you can be assured.
